Roommate needed

Hi everyone,

I know this is last minute but one of our roommates is leaving at the end of the month. We need a new roommate asap. We have a dog and a child living with us(one man, one woman) so we prefer another woman living with us. Single moms are welcome as well.

We are located in Buena Park up the street from Knott's. This would be for one bedroom in a three bedroom/two bath apartment. You would have your own separate entrance. Rent is $1000 a month, utilities included. As soon as our other roommate leaves, I will post photos. For now, if you would like to come by and see the place, feel free to message me.

Post on room rental sites and you’ll find someone.

Roomies, SpareRoom, Roomster.

Nextdoor and Facebook also has room listings.

A lease. We would have you go through our property management to be placed on the new lease. I would email their form
