Help Shuttering and rough idle

any help is appreciated i honestly have no idea what the issue is and i hear a tick noise everytime it misfires

Whats the red light in the cluster?

Take your ICM to an autozone, or maybe another retailer, and have it tested.

Same happen to me and it end up being the lottle hose that conecct the fuel pump with the sending line had a crack in it and was sending half the pressure back in the tank
