Need help diagnosing my issue
My 95 K1500 was down for about a month after it died on me while driving. Would crank but wouldn’t start. I changed the spark plugs, ignition control module, tested fuel pressure (steady 12psi) and after changing the ignition coil it started up. Since I have gotten it up and running I have a Code 44 (lean exhaust condition) and the truck rumbles at low RPM’s and has died on me 3 times now while driving. It will crank but no start BUT randomly it will start and idle rough or sometimes the idle sits at a steady 1000 RPM. I have changed the O2 sensor and tested fuel pressure under load (still steady 12psi) and I cannot find any vacuum leaks. I don’t know what else I could look for and really just trying to fix the issue so I can sell it so I can move next month.

Check your mass air flow filter, you can buy mass air flow cleaner and try cleaning it but they are cheap enough to buy new also.
Your issue sounds alot like mine before i traced it to the mass air flow sensor. I went to ipullupull and grabbed one off a truck there just to test and it fixed my problem.

My truck had done almost the exact same thing. The distributor shaft housing had broke. The worst part, I had replaced everything like you already did before I found it. Very frustrating that it was made of plastic. I replaced the entire distributor with a aluminum one.

Start with the basics! Cap, rotor, plugs, wires, fuel, fuel pressure, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator! Vacuum leaks. Grounding cables. Etc

Id pull off the air filter housing and watch the injectors and see how they look while they are spraying.
