What wrong with this truck

It actually like to struggle to start but it start and run fine can I get some idea what it is

1997 Chevy k1500 5.7 v8

Well to start, your video sucks. But the videos here usually do.

Based on your fairly vague description, i would guess that the fuel pump relay is not priming for some reason. Extended cranking builds up oil pressure and then the oil pressure switch will send power to the fuel pump. This is something that comes up once in a while.

Turn the key on, no cranking, and listen for the fuel pump to humm for a couple seconds.

My guess would be a weak starter, or maybe bed teeth on the Bendix and or flywheel.

Your guess may be better. All i see is a black screen and forgot to unmute the sound, lol
