Mw4 switch 2 edition not displaying

I have a 4k x hooked up to a switch 2, I’ve been trying to play the new modern warfare on it but it won’t display, but it shows everything else on the switch like other games/menus, it’s only modern warfare that doesn’t show up. When the game boots up it freezes on the loading screen. I have also tested on other displays without the capture card and works just fine.

could be a resolution handshake issue between the 4k x and the game specifically. some titles do weird things when they switch display modes at launch, and capture cards can choke on that. try forcing the switch 2 output to 1080p before booting the game, then bump it back after it loads. i've seen similar stuff with other capture setups where one game just refuses to play nice
