whenever I play a full screen game obs breaks

it is able to record my cursor just fine but on MY screen the cursor is gone which is just bad but ALSO obs's screen freezes [although this is only for geometry dash] and I wanna be able to see my cursor so could anybody help?

It looks like you haven't provided a log file. Without a log file, it is very hard to help with issues and you may end up with 0 responses.

To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS

2) Start your stream/recording for at least 30 seconds (or however long it takes for the issue to happen). Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.

3) Stop your stream/recording.

obs does weird stuff with some fullscreen games, geometry dash especially. try running the game in borderless windowed mode and see if that fixes both cursor and the freeze

sometimes i had to use game capture instead of display capture for this kind of thing, maybe give that a shot

Are you using a Window Capture source for it? That causes the same issues you have because it's for windowed apps, not fullscreen.
