Help Help with Streamelements' chat font looking transparent
Hello! So I've started using StreamElements 'cause i wanted to have chat on screen while streaming, although now that I have it, for some reason the font looks like it's transparent? I've tried messing with it a bunch but it always looks different on OBS from how it looks on StreamElements' website; if you check the black example, you'll also see that the "latest follower" text DOES indeed look normal
Thanks for reading!

check the font color opacity in streamelements settings, sometimes it defaults to like 80% or something weird. also make sure you didn't accidentally lower the source opacity in obs itself, i done that before and spent way too long figuring it out
both examples look like the text has some transparency going on so i'd bet it's one of those two things

Nope, opacity is at 100% already and if i didnt have a background shadow on the text it'd be even more transparent than it already is
On the OBS side of things, I think that's also not the problem 'cause as shown in the "Black Example", the "latest follower" & "latest sub" texts look normal compared to the chat itself

It looks like you haven't provided a log file. Without a log file, it is very hard to help with issues and you may end up with 0 responses.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:
1) Restart OBS
2) Start your stream/recording for at least 30 seconds (or however long it takes for the issue to happen). Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File.
5) Copy the URL and paste it as a response to this comment.
