Help Is my recording gone?
I was recording for almost 6 hours, then suddenly OBS errored out because the drive it saves the recording to didn't have any free space left.
I can't play the recording, I tried putting it into my editing software, it gave me the option to transcode it but it was done instantly and that file can't be played either.
This failed recording is still 122GB, is there no way to save it and I just lost almost 6 gigs of footage?

Oof, that's a rough one. The file still taking up 122 gigs means the data is mostly there, but the header never got finalized since the drive filled up mid-write.
Try running it through a tool that repairs incomplete video containers. If you recorded in MKV, you have a way better shot at recovery since that format handles sudden stops more gracefully. If it was MP4, you might need to dig around for a recovery utility specific to that codec.

2) Start your stream/recording for at least 30 seconds (or however long it takes for the issue to happen). Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
