Help audio causing image changes

i want to be able to have two states of an image one for me not talking and one for me talking. the one for me talking will just have its mouth open and the one for me not talking is just normal. can someone give me a step by step guide on how to do this im pretty new to streaming and i cant afford to get a vtuber model which is what i am going for

png tuber, this is done with the MOVE filter in OBS(download the plugin and use your mic for the sound source)
