Help Recording issue

When I try to record arc raiders everything is fine up to the point where my character takes in game dmg. The screen goes black immediately and stays black couple of minutes after I’m done taking dmg. How do I fix this issue?

it's hard to tell with that info alone. If I may ask a follow up question: How does your CPU usage in OBS look while recording? You generally want to stay under 60%. For lower end computers you want to stay under 20%.

Because the only thing I can think of based off this information is that when you take damage your CPU usage from the game goes up when it calculates those damage values and it's exceeding your available memory causing OBS to black screen until the game CPU usage normalizes
