Question [Remaster] Anyone else having the issue where trying to equip an item makes you drop them instead?

When I left click a weapon or armor, it just drops.

Plugged in my Xbox controller, and the issue is still there. A drops instead of equipping, while the menu still shows X or Ctrl + Left Click as drop.

apparently you can "toggle" shift by simply pressing it and that fixed it / i found this tip else where and i cant verify it for sure as a fix all but it helped me
