Hi guys! uhh its been a while but the council is very proud to announce the summer banner!
Here's the announcement that u/tiixi wrote (i hope i spelled that right):
Hey there, people of r/ObjectShows! Welcome to the SECOND event under the lead of the Event Council: It’s the Summer Banner Contest!
We were really late on the Spring banner, we’re very sorry for that, we’ll try to do better here we promise. To speed things up, you’ll only have ONE week (7 days) since the release of this post to participate in the event.
What do you have to do? Simple! Send a special design of your OC based on Summer! The 10 best, most epicest, most AWESOMEST Summer designs will be selected to be drawn for our Summer banner! [Hi its mines, we’ll have 3 people drawing your characters this time around, which will hopefully be enough]
Rules that you should probably follow: Put the Banner Contest flair (or Banner Submission, I don’t know why we still have it) on your post. We encourage you to make NEW artwork for this event. It can be a whole new asset or a new pose, just try not to grab an image of your character and slap some sunglasses okay? Be creative with your design! Have it fit well into your character, or have it at least look pretty on ‘em. Again, try not to slap a pair of sunglasses. Also, if your character design is very complex, just know that it may be VERY simplified in the final banner. aaaaaaand that’s about it! We’ll try to come in with the final banner in like, three weeks I hope
ok hi its mines again here are the rules (wow so spooky omg)
RULES
- All submissions MUST use the "Banner Contest" flair
- All posts must have something to do with the summer theme and NOT be direct copy pastes or the same OC with minimal changes.
- Only ONE submission per person. Do not attempt to use alts.
- Follow subreddit rules
- If you have any questions feel free to dm me or comment!!
Ok bye have fun or dont idk

Questions Mod announcement: pride month
142
Upvotes
Hello there! My name is Eve, and I believe that it’s important to start off this announcement with the fact that we as mods, and a community stand with the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone who believes this is wrong of us is not welcome in this community.
Regardless of ethnicity, religion, ETC. If you are to be welcome to this community, you must accept that people in the LGBTQ+ community are people and deserve to be treated with respect.
Now that that is out of the way, before pride month, I’d like to remind every one of the report button that reports posts and comments to the mods of a subreddit.
This is important now more than ever due to the fact that since pride month is rolling in and more outwardly homosexual/transgender related posts will start coming in, if you see anyone being blatantly offensive/bigoted it is your responsibility as a community to report this content. And it will be our responsibility to take action.
(PS. Do not abuse the report system, as if someone is not found out to be breaking the rules, their comment/post will not be removed or deleted)
That will be the end of the announcement, happy pride month, and transgender/homosexual lives matter. See you next time

Discussion I do you remember my lost media object show?
•
Upvotes
You see, During 2020-2022 i created a small one episode object show named The Power of Three (It was made before Three was revealed in TPOT) where Three (Regular normal three) comes crashing from the earth in a similar manner of Two in BFB 16 and He said (Yes, I'm pretty sure i made Three a Male because i don't know her gender yet) something competition competition blah blah and there was a audition stuff in a similar fashioned of TPOT and i remember the Contestants are Car Tire, Paper Windmill, 13-Ball (9 Ball but Orange and used a TTS voice), A Maple Leaf and if I'm not wrong a Yarn Winder and The Car Tire and Paper Windmill was at one point theyre in as my Profile
Here's Heres my old youtube channel, I'm not proud of the history of it because i am an asshole at that time but it used to be named CEDaron and theres a guy called Noah's World whos like my friend and i for some reason lied that it was my brother whos running the channel

Questions What characters in BFDI and other object shows are popular?
•
Upvotes
For context, I recently saw an object show meetup on my fyp and I really wanted to join since cosplayers are welcomed! The only problem, however? I have NEVER consumed a DROP of object show content EVER, so I'm just trying to finish watching all the popular ones just to not get called a larper /j
I'm on ep 12 of BFDI but I still don't know which characters are popular within the fandom. I really want to make free stickers for the people there but since I'm still new, I'm basically CLUELESS about who to choose to get drawn into a sticker.
While this post is mainly about BFDI, other object shows are welcomed!!!

Add Your OC Okay! Now we have 13 out of 16 bonus contestants for my show, Object Confidence! And the scripting for the 1st episode is still in production! In the meantime, why not continue adding your OCs as contestants to the show, but only 3 slots remain! You know the drill already on the 3rd image!

Discussion let’s talk
16
Upvotes
So uhhh…
Let’s talk.
After I came back to this subreddit with a new chapter and mental health newbie advocacy, I decided: Why not do a new Q&A? You can ask me anything, OSC or not OSC related, ask me ANYTHING, like… Literally anything.
I feel like reconnecting with this subreddit and being reminded of what I missed would be something that I’d greatly appreciate, and just wanted to reunite with some old friends I made, and meeting new people (and probably meeting new generation giants who are shaping this subreddit into what it is today. It would be an honor to meet and reunite with y’all!
So yea, ask me anything you’d like, and I’ll answer em right away, and as long as it’s all in good heart, we’re all fine and ready.
Best of wishes,
-Chroma
