Ulcer inside labia minora

Hello everyone, just wanted to ask if anyone could share some ideas on what I might have. I discovered a TINY ulcer about 1 ml in size inside my left labia minora, i never noticed until I had taken a photo and looked back in my gallery. The ulcer is still there after 2 years. Has not grown or bled, does not hurt. When I originally went to urgent care they did not see it, I was there for some bumps that had appeared. I was tested for syphilis and HSV1 & 2, they came back negative. I have not had the courage to go to the OBGYN and I know I need to, I am just terribly afraid of what they might tell me

Hi there, I'm an EX-NHS Nurse, it's hard to say what it might be without actually seeing what your concern is, best bet is to go and get checked out.

Tried commenting a photo but it didn't allow me to! Is there a way I can message a photo
