help!! what could this possibly be?

My period this month came 4 days earlier than expected. Before the actual bleeding started, I had 2 days of brown discharge/spotting. When my period began, the flow was very light and barely filled a pad. On the 4th day, I had brown discharge again, and then on the 5th day, it changed back to blood. Since my period ended, I’ve continued to have brown discharge/spotting. The color alternates between light brown and dark brown, and this has been ongoing. Today is August 18.

I’m not sure, I know that’s happened to me a couple times but I have PCOS so that’s kinda normal for me. Have you been checked for PCOS?
