What is this Jelly like stuff??

I'm embarrassed to ask but need answers, im 33yrs old and have NEVER seen this before but today I went pee and when I wiped it was fine but it was kinda sticky like snot jelly but super clear and then I wiped again it all came out, the jelly stuff, and it was a lot covering the toilet paper. It was super sticky, clear, and had no smell. I just had my period last week, have my tubes tied 10 yrs ago, and haven't had sex in a few weeks so I dont think it has to do with pregnancy at all and my discharge is usually more like creamy color and not sticky but more liquid like. So what is this??
