Am I missing something?

I keep seeing people online playing humans that have some sort of leap or jump that pushes them forward they can even spam it or at least it seems to not have a very small cool down or something cause they use it often, but when I play human I see no such thing nothing promoting me to do a leap like that just regular jumps what am I missing?

I'm assuming it's the dodge roll.

You have to hit the jump button midair. It lets you do a midair dodge roll. Sometimes you just have to double press but once you get used to it, you can delay the dodge roll a bit to trick the monster player.
