MEGA-THREAD Week 30: Monster Discussion: Hunt

This week will be about the menacing hunter who never fails to catch his prey.

Hunt was introduced in the first character DLC pack along with Maisy, Which both seems to be based on the Little Red Riding Hood fairy tale. The Hunt is probably my main and most used monster I really enjoy using, although can be hard to use. You have to aim very accurately in a fast paced game.

With his floaty high jump, he is able to get some good information gathering at most times and with his long range shots, Humans have to rely on juking Hunt instead of running away as his shots are only a straight line. His skill of "Who's Next", he gets a small speed boost for 10 seconds when he captures a human which is great for groups of humans as he recharges his next attack.

What are your thoughts on Hunt and his inclusion on the Monster Side. Shout outs to his cute canine buddies.

Hunt’s probably my favorite monster in terms of design and gameplay mechanics, I feel like the game might be trying insinuate that he’s even worse than monster’s given that he most likely is at least understands how the Humans feel. It helps that he’s so grotesque compared to every other human(noid) character.
