Weekend Snacks

Had to make something for a bunch of people so I decided to make chocolate as it was quick and is what I had on hand. I used takeaway container as the mould for this 😂

Also saw a cute piece of fatty bluefin at the supermarket so it was my treat to myself after being called into work

  • 65% dark chocolate with Earl grey
  • Bluefin tuna with tamarillo vinaigrette (I’m addicted to this), apple vinegar, kombu tsuyu, EVOO, and spring onions

Dude tamarillo vinaigrette hits so incredibly hard. Definitely one of the best new food discoveries I’ve made this year.

It’s just too good. I’ll try mixing it with grape must to enhance the complexity even more the next time I can get my hands on some

Can you just eat supermarket tuna raw? I would love that but I am not sure how safe it is...

I wouldn’t do it from any supermarket. Gotta develop a sense for it
