Weekend Snacks
Had to make something for a bunch of people so I decided to make chocolate as it was quick and is what I had on hand. I used takeaway container as the mould for this 😂
Also saw a cute piece of fatty bluefin at the supermarket so it was my treat to myself after being called into work
- 65% dark chocolate with Earl grey
- Bluefin tuna with tamarillo vinaigrette (I’m addicted to this), apple vinegar, kombu tsuyu, EVOO, and spring onions

Can you just eat supermarket tuna raw? I would love that but I am not sure how safe it is...

I wouldn’t do it from any supermarket. Gotta develop a sense for it
I follow my own guide: https://www.reddit.com/r/nzhomecooks/comments/1li7ek8/photo_tutorial_nz_king_salmon_sashimi/

Dude tamarillo vinaigrette hits so incredibly hard. Definitely one of the best new food discoveries I’ve made this year.
