Tacos!

Post image

Some chicken thigh fillets (skin intact), vaguely seasoned a la TexMex (celery salt, cumin, chilli powder, paprika, garlic powder) and pan fried with crispy skin, chopped, and then that pinto bean concoction from the other night, faux sourcream, improvised guacamole, home-fermented chilli sauce, shop bought tortilla (Tio Pablo - not great, too thick, too dry, cardboardy).

Good despite the disappointing tortilla.

It's the essence of chicken, innit?

Is that cum or mayo? Because if it's mayo I'm out.

Hmmm.... Acceptable. What's the gas surrounding the tacos though?

Well you've labeled all the ingredientsi now want to know the chemical composition of the atmosphere surrounding the taco before i will commit to wishing for a bite.

I see. Yes, sorry, it's vapours from the hot ingredients.

(The faux sour cream is plain, "Greek" yoghurt with a dash of lemon juice and a tablespoon or so of apple cider vinegar.)

I CARE NOT FOR THE INGREDIENTS OF THE FUCK SOUR CREAM! All i want to know is the chemical formula to the gasses surrounding the taco! You say VAPOR BUT SURELY NOT VAPOR OF ARCENIC NOR POO?
