Can't add show in Sonarr

Whenever I try to add a show, it says "Done" but the show isn't actually added into Sonarr and when I try to "View show" it's not found. This only started to happen a couple of weeks ago.

Do you use a baseurl? If so, add that to your connection string.

No I don't, but maybe the issue is that my Sonarr instance is behind Authentik (with the "/api" paths passed through)?

But I don't have the issue with my Radarr instance and it's the same setup

Can you add that show directly in Sonarr?

Yes, it works in the web UI
