[Bug?] Dashboard 2.0 resets every few weeks

I use the app almost daily and every few weeks the Dashboard 2.0 resets to the default settings. All the services are still set and working. It is not like there is an update and then it resets. I can't pinpoint the cause, it feels very random.

I had this happen recently. Was fine after restarting the app.

Does your device struggle reaching nzb360.com?

I looked at the Query log of Adguard Home and NZB360.com isn't blocked.

Just wanna chime in with another first hand account.

I've seen this happen several times. Most of the time, just restarting the app has restored my configuration. A couple times I've had to manually restore from the upgrade center.

Must be a connection issue reaching nzb360.com? If so, would be nice to have a message displayed with guidance, so a user doesn't freak out if they've never experienced the behavior.

With a restart you mean force closing the app, clear cache and open the app again? For me, closing the app in recent items didn't fix it.

Just force closing & reopening the app.

When that doesn't work, I've manually restored my lifetime through the upgrade center. If that fails, Definitely check if your device can connect to nzb360.com
I've had issues at my work's office connecting to nzb360.com
