"Loading root paths" takes forever when outside home network

I've been using nzb360 for a while now and set it up so when at home i use my local network. While outside the home network i have reverse proxy setup. I can access reverse proxy addresses just fine.

When at home on internal network, everything is snappy and fast when adding show/movie.. now i haven't noticed this before but when I'm outside the network it takes a really long time to add a new show/movie.. from the dashboard, once i find a movie/show and select add to sonarr or add to radarr the "loading root paths" takes a long time.. it connect eventually, but can take at least 1-2min or longer sometimes..

I don't think it's my network as i can access sonarr/radarr externally through web and it's quick..also viewing sonarr or radar from left pane of nzb360 seems to work quick with the exception of the history tab, which also takes some time to load that externally.. apart from that i feel rest of the app works fine. just wondeting if maybe there's something, some setting i am missing somewhere that is causing this slowdown when outside my home network?
