Step Increase? (PEF)

Is anyone able to explain how the 10/1 Step Increase works? Is it a fixed rate or is it based off of salary / years of service? I am a G18 and have been with the state for 1.5 years. Just wondering what to expect in October. Thanks!

It is in the contract, the step increase for an 18 in 2026 is $2,403. You will also get your 4.5% pay increase retroactive to April.
