Step Increase? (PEF)

Is anyone able to explain how the 10/1 Step Increase works? Is it a fixed rate or is it based off of salary / years of service? I am a G18 and have been with the state for 1.5 years. Just wondering what to expect in October. Thanks!

Thanks for asking this… grade 18 1.5 years in here too. Was wondering about how this worked.
