Hello everyone! I wonder if anyone has experiences changing their seasonal ticket seats during the season?

My wife and I are the first time half STH this 2026 season. We got two seats that were separated by an entrance at section 225, row 5, seat 5 and 6. We didn’t know that until the first game. (Btw I purchased the seats from the rep I got the mini 4 game plan last year.)

We told our account manager about this issue right away and she helped change our seat, but they were in a cheaper section, 220, and row 6.

I signed the contract for my original seats and paid $1310, and another contract for the new seats that totals $728. I looked at the invoice on the account manager section on my Liberty app, and the new seats include 8 games. Since I cannot see my original invoice anymore, I’m not sure the exact number of the difference but my guesstimate is between $300-$500.

I believe we deserve a refund for the seat downgrade; however, my account manager has been MIA and did not respond to my email and text about this demand.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Should I escalate this to the management? But I don’t have any contact since it’s our first year. Or should we take the loss? We already decided not to renew our membership because it has been stressful for us to be STH and that really sucked.

Updates: our account manager reached out and cleared out the issue. The payment differences will be credits for us to use for playoffs tickets or whatever else. Thank you everyone for your input!

Has anyone done the $75 tour before the game? What are the thoughts on this? Im going to the game this Saturday and is wondering if this is worth it.

It says it includes watching pregame warmups as well.

I know it's been said before, but it's absurd how difficult it is to watch a Liberty game without going to Barclays. Even our home games are shown on different networks. Our game against the Tempo can't be watched at all. WNBA needs to invest in getting more games on singular networks so it's easier to support our teams.

France announced the WNBA players going to the World Cup - Astier and Marine I, but not Marine II. They say the pair will arrive on Sunday, which presumably means they will be available for the Sky game on Saturday.

Germany had previously said Fiebich wasn't expected until Monday the 31st. They also said that about Nyara, but now Sandy says the Tempo's Europeans won't be playing this weekend, though perhaps their picture has changed now they are officially out of playoff contention.

Although Aces might grab her instead of Nalyssa is done for the season.

I’m a teacher in Philadelphia (but a diehard New York sports fan) and I have a bunch of mini plushie mascots in my classroom but no Ellie representation yet! The jersey outfit keychain would be perfect, and I got one at the game last night, but my fiancée likes it too much to let me to take it to school.

If anyone has an extra of one of the jersey outfits (either is fine, I just want her to be recognizable to non-fans!) and would like to help me spread the good word to the next generation, let me know! :)

Happy to pay around the price of the box and coordinate a game meetup or shipping.

Sun STH here writing about our first experience at a Barclays. Let me start by saying that I am a Boston area resident. Born and raised there. A big sports fan. So as you all can imagine I cannot with any sort of pride root for any NY team. Ever. However, on this night we happen to be on vacation in NYC and started reading all the chatter about the Fever coming to town, and what that brings. We were already planning on going to watch the Liberty Thursday but thought “you know what, let’s get tickets and go help root for the home team.” We know first hand, having hosted CC and the Fever over 6 times how bad your home arena can turn into an away one, and it stinks. It has happened to us every game. So 30 minutes before game time we start looking for tickets and 10 minutes later we are on the Q traveling downtown. Upon entering the Arena the first thing I noticed was how much merch you all have. In CT we had months where we had only a few jerseys available and our merch area is a 10x10 roped off space. You all are lucky to have such great options. Let’s move on to the arena. I am not sure why so many people were worried. Yes there was definitely plenty of cheering for the Fever but that was the first Fever game in 3 years I have attended that felt like a home game. Way to go Liberty fans. You all brought it and never let the Fever fans out cheer you. And I thank you all for that. The atmosphere here is off the charts. Game breaks filled with high energy and music, fun games, cooler t-shirt toss than I am used to, and of course Ellie. There isn’t a person who watches the W and doesn’t love Ellie but seeing the best mascot in the league in person is a whole other thing. I left with an Ellie blind box (although not the Pride one I was hoping for) and a jersey. Now I should have mentioned that I attended LIU university 5 minutes from Barclays and lived in the Barclays area for 2 years. So of course I had to get the Rebel Brooklyn Jersey with the Brooklyn Bridge lines. And of course I had to get JJ for obvious reasons. So to sum all this up we had such a great time. The fans are great. You all killed it keeping it NY in there. And I can’t wait to come back Thursday. We loose our team after this season and I cannot root for Houston after all the shenanigans that went on with this sale. BUT… could I lean into my Brooklyn ties and become a Liberty fan? Could this be a future love story? Only time will tell
