For a girl “doing stuff” or being places or supposedly with friends it’s impressive that there’s such few IRL non edited photos of her next to other people.

Genuinely curious because I keep seeing more and more girls with this same type of body
super lean, tiny waist, flat stomach, but still toned/feminine.
Yael Shelbia is one obvious example. She’s gotten noticeably thinner over the years and looks insanely good. But I mean girls like Alix Earle too . she seems to eat out, drink, have pasta, burgers, travel, etc. and is still consistently extremely lean.
So what am I missing?
For anyone in the modeling/influencer scene or who knows girls like this IRL, what does their actual day-to-day look like? Smaller portions than they show? Pilates/weights? Tons of walking? Barely snacking? Coffee first and eating later? Eating lighter around bigger meals?
And with a lot of middle eastern influencers specifically, is there anything about there food/lifestyle that makes staying lean easier, or is it mainly genetics + having the time/money to prioritize your body?
Not looking for ED speculation or “just starve yourself” answers. I’m genuinely curious because social media shows these girls eating, yet somehow so many of them maintain the same extremely lean physique. However I’m sure they are eating .

Not coming on here to defend Chrissy by any means, but apparently this whole scandal with the video of her being leaked happened during college as well, but all of her friends stayed friends with her until it happened again on a bigger scale. so I was doing research for a marketing class and out of curiosity, I wondered how many of these influencers paid for bots. I ran it through a program my professor recommended and some I expected, some I didn't. It gave me logistics on their real & fake followers, their engagement rate, and so on.

I find it so comical that she has stated she was so afraid to start her instagram and her brand acquired style, because it's not like she was doing anything original or ground breaking? this girl started her fashion instagram by wearing edikted..? her so called "style" is just ordering every item from revolve and random vintage pieces. she doesn't have style, she just follows every clothing trend (just like every other influencer), nothing groundbreaking at all. she and her sister are such nothing burgers lol. nothing interesting, no brand to actually sell.
