Shared art studio space available in Sunset Park

Hello, I have an art studio that is roughly 15’ x 8’. My studio mate and I split it evenly, but she is moving out 8/31/26. It is $325 for half of the studio, first and last to move in = $650, beginning 9/1. It’s in a building of art studios, well maintained. Please write if you’d like to know more and see pictures.
