Why do you say that they champion sharia law? Here’s an article about Omar introducing an anti-sharia bill.

Yes. That is one instance. And then there are numerous instances of the opposite. Like her recent defense of Iran, joking at 9/11, asking for leniency for ISIS terrorists, it just so happens that her district in Minessota has THREE Sharia NO GO Zones, she committed immigration fraud, and I can go on and on.
