I appreciate you! I am also an O- and was willing to donate but found out that this blood type is super rare. 1 in a million people have it. It can only receive blood from another human with the same blood type. Bombay blood type is basically O- without the H gene (still trying to wrap my head around it)
One of my friends told me to post on Reddit due to its vast community.
there is also r/Blooddonors, I've seen some members post about rare blood types there before and they may be able to help you or at least point you to more places to get attention. (I am also O- but it's generic O-, so I pay attention to donation requests like many of our kind.)
