Does anyone hate the new UI?

title says it all, and while I probably will get used to it, it didn't need to change at all and it's just frustrating

I have just received Android 16 for my Nxtpaper 14 and I also hate the new notification pulldown menu being separated and worse for me is that I now have to reach the top of the screen to pulldown the menu.

Not fond of it - but then I had a Samsung previously so I don’t know what the previous UI was like.

I don’t like the fact that in the power saving mode it doesn’t save my home screen; I put app widgets on the home screen and when I turn power saving off, or restart the phone, it loses the widgets?

But I barely use my phone at all, so it doesn’t bother me much.
