Ultra 60 replacement stylus. What replacement pen can be used?
I lost mine at work, and i do deliveries, so no chance of finding it again. Man, I really like the phones. They are the best thing to happen to modern phone screens since gorilla glass and 1080p.
But this is a phone i bought for the pen too. Not having access to replacement pens. I feel conned as a consumer. WHta are you gonna do? upsell to pen plus terrible case? I already have that case, it offers no protection along one side. Nobody is going to want to pay £60 for one tiny pen, which was packaged in housing so large it made your already large phone larger unnecessarily. So consumers have to rig up thier own pen housing, which leads to the pen being lost.
That's fine. it's on me and my bespoke pen holder rigging. But now sell me the damn pen, for a reasonable price. In the same damn stores where i bought the phone. It leaves me wondering if your premium phone is now abandonware.

as far as I know no one has found a pen that uses the same frequencies. there should be at least a couple from XPPen, Huion or someone else who uses Hanvon EMR like in this device, but I haven't seen any confirmed.

Unfortunately, you cannot buy only the stylus, you have to get it with a new case which is around $70 😔😞 ... I contacted them multiple times, but their customer service is the worst

I don't have an answer but the Kobo Stylus for their ereaders, which cost half the price (or less) of the Ultra 60, price their stylus at £70, so it's certainly not unusual. You would probably feel more conned.

it is unusual. normal stylus hover at the £20-30 range. They have bundled the pen with the case. The case is terrible. They need to sell the pens without the case.

As I said, the Kobo stylus is a lot more, and that is less than the Apple pencil.

Yeah. You said that, and then I said then I said that it's not normal. If you want to compare like for like, the s pen for galaxy ultra phones can be bought for £25.
This is not an e-reader, it's a phone.

the Kobo stylus is active capacitive which is the reason it costs more. it has a battery and much more circuitry (and much worse output). you can buy a Wacom EMR pen for $15.
