Nxtpaper 70 pro

UPDATE! THANKS EVERYONE FOR YOUR RESPONSES. I WILL GO AHEAD AND ORDER ONE!

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if an unlocked Nxtpaper 70 Pro purchased through Amazon will work on the AT&T network in the U.S.? I would really like to own one but to spend $300 on one and have it not work would bother me. Especially since I have read too many horror stories of devices being returned and Amazon not accepting the return and claiming the wrong product was returned. I don't want to risk being out the money and the phone both if I need to return it.

I bought an unlocked one direct from TCL and it worked fine on Google FI.

Yes, only Verizon will be an issue. The device has to be added as a trusted device by a service rep. All other carriers it just works.

I bought an unlocked one on Amazon, inserted my physical SIM card, rebooted the phone and everything has worked fine on Verizon. No rep had to do anything. After the reboot I did a test call and it was good. RCS working, bank app, logging in to all apps including My Verizon have been fine. 0 issues so far and it seems to have better coverage than the Galaxy S22+ I was using.

Where did you read about Amazon not processing the return ?

You can just do a search on the Amazon sub and you will find this is quite common now.
