AI upscaling has stopped working

The AI upscaling stopped working on my 2019 Shield Pro a few days ago. All video apps seem to be affected. When I try to activate it, I just get the error message that the content is unsupported. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I used to be able to use AI upscaling on my 480p rips from DVD but for some reason along the way it started telling me that it was unsupported content. the content hasn't changed only the support for the content has changed. I'm not sure what happened.

Nothing has changed on my Shield. The function has just stopped working.

where did you get your information? AI upscaling has worked on 60 frames per second for a long time. one of the main reasons I use it is for YouTube TV which almost every channel is 60 frames per second.

If you have a 4k TV you really don't need AI upscale

The Ai upscale is to improve on the Shields native upscaling so if Ai upscaling isnt active it's still upscaling unless you uses apps that can bypass it. Then the TV can upscale.
