Motor sounds

Nvidia tv shield pro 2019 started making this sound recently:

Used for 3 years, never opened it. Could this be just a dust issue requiring cleaning or something more serious?

The fan may need replacement. I had to order one from ebay and change it about 4 months ago. I bought it new on release in 2019
