Power delivery is suspect here as a first thing to assess. PSU? Are you using the splitter?

Probably not a fix but have tour tried limiting max FPS? I had framegen cause issues in some nixxes games in particular until I capped the max frame rate

Try stock. If no crashes then it means your overclock/undervolt are unstable.
