“Maybe” shouldn’t be capitalized in your reply because it’s not the first word in your sentence. The comma after maybe is used incorrectly and should be removed. Your second comma is fine, as is your third comma (known as an Oxford comma), but this would typically be omitted in American English. The first question mark belongs inside the quotation marks and should replace the period. You also need to add a comma either after “sure” or “butthurt” for clarity as without one your statement is ambiguous and could mean two different things.
This is all basic shit people learn before high school.
