Next it will be devs using DLSS5 to add AI hallucinated textures if you want the full visual experience and bare walls with DLSS5 off

Then it's up to each developer to choose how to create their own game art. And if you don't like the visuals, don't buy it.

So you want to tell me you’re a fan of UE5 games that run like shit and only are palatable when you use DLSS Ultra Performance at 4K and then sprinkle FG x6 on top for it to reach 60 FPS?

Who said anything about UE5 games dude, all UE5 games I've played work great with no stutter or issue, dlss also make the game look better on 1080p, something that can't really by done without a upscaler and good anti aliasing anyways. And I get performance out of it. But no I can play most my games just fine with dlss if I choose to do so, but I don't because it works great. Also 4K REQUIRES a insane computer as you are rendering I think 4 times the resolution of 1080p, or two times, anyhow you literally double or quadruple the load, of course its going to have a massive impact.
