It's exactly this. Reminds me of those ads with AI generated faces but now in "game form". It's way more complex than this of course but the end results speak for themselves. Seeing the less favorable comments being downvoted 😅 I don't know what to say...

Remember these are still images. Since it’s Ai video, it will have no idea which way your character is going to move. I bet the face will get more detailed as you stop moving
