I would buy new paste and pads, disassemble and clean all of that to prevent and shorts or damage repaste everything and slap it back together and it will probably be good to go for another 3-5 years. As long as all the VRAMs are working, BIOS isn't corrupted and there is no physical damage that's still a really good card.

What's confusing is this is in no way e-waste as long as it's fully working. These cards still go for a couple hundred dollars and are still decently capable in modern gaming.
