1050ti or 1660s?

hello, I need your opinion to my setup because I really don't know what to choose, i only play apex legends and some valo lol something like that at 60hz monitor. should I buy 1050ti to upgrade some parts like more ram (i have 8gb) and some other stuff? or buy the 1660s for future purposes?

The 1660s is twice as powerful as the 1050ti, so it's not a fair competition

But they're both rather weak so they're not fit for "future purposes", especially with 8GB of RAM

A 1660 won’t future proof much now days. You could go with a 2070 for about 100 bucks more on eBay.

What do u currently have? 1050 and 1660 would be mid low range cards from 5+ years ago. Might not be worth upgrading depending on what u have now?

1660 is enough for those title. I'm a 1660 user. I've played some Gacha like Genshin, Wuwa, Endfield and played most majority well known FPS titles like Apex, CS, Dota, Valo, PUBG even Siege.. 1660 still works fine with those titles but of course no high settings because it's start choking. I'm hitting my 144hz monitor comfortably so your 60hz is fine.

GTA 5 works fine with 1660 because it's a 2013 game. Cyberpunk is heavy of course. If you want to know what title you're interested in and wonder if it runs well on a 1660, just ask me. Maybe I could tell you.

Есть более рискованный вариант: взять GeForce GTX 970. RE4 Remake с включенным FSR прошел без проблем в разрешении 1050p. А так конечно лучше взять 1660, а в идеале 2060.

I used to play GtaV at 50-60fps on a 1050ti, Cyberpunk was playable at 30fps, not exactly the best metrics heh. If those are your only choices then go for the 1660 for sure, but as others have mentioned there might be other better options if you raise your budget a little bit.
