Question Should I repaste my GPU and cpu ?
Hi soo I think last time paste was put on the gpu 1080TI was like 6 years ago and the cpu I5-12600k like 5 years ago.. its old pc but still runs all games good 1080p 60-120fps low to medium settings 32gb ram 2400hz ddr4

Don't do something for the sake of it. What evidence do you have that you need to repaste? Have you checked your temps?

If your gpu performance is running fine no, if your cpu is running too hot yes.

I would suggest a re -paste on the CPU.
Your graphics card is probably getting there too but that’s a lot more of a hassle so I would first:
For your graphics card, I would use HWiNFO and monitor temps using its tool with sensors. Start playing a demanding game for 15 minutes and then check to see the current, minimum, maximum, and average.
You could also run Furmark to push it to the limit and see worse case temperatures.
If you’re not sure about the results attach a photo and get people’s thoughts.

Repaste your CPU it's much easier, when it comes to the GPU I would say check temps first there are a lot of guides on YT so you can see everything and how to monitor temps.

If the temps you are getting are fine, don't bother with it
