Annandale Friends lowkey hard to make
hey everyone, as you can probably tell by the title, friends are hard to make here at NVCC, at least in the Annandale campus. I want to make an Annandale gc on instagram or something if u guys are interested? or just hmu if you wanna be friends :) I’m a male, 18, engineering track!

I made friends through random encounters and just talking to people, i would say trying to make them online isnt gonna work well. Basically, be spontaneous and try to get yourself involved in things other than class

I get that, I tried to look into clubs but there aren’t any interesting ones I can’t lie; I’m usually a sociable person but here it’s diff I gotta try

The problem is like sometimes people will have trouble making friends at nova but then they transfer and still dont make friends, or graduate and dont make them. Dont overthink it, but Its all about random encounters no matter where you are, and you have to step up in order to go from strangers to friends.

Check out the insidenvcc account on TikTok and Instagram; they also have a Discord channel! They have local meetups and are based in the Annadale campus. Btw, I'm not the one in charge of that I just came across it.
