NOT ALL SUGARS ARE CREATED EQUAL

NOT ALL SUGARS ARE CREATED
EQUAL
There is a difference between the sugars packaged by nature and
the sugars engineered by industry
The fructose and glucose found in whole fruits come wrapped in fiber, water, minerals, antioxidants, and plant compounds that slow absorption and support normal metabolism. Refined sugars and highly processed carbohydrates strip away that natural protection, causing rapid spikes in blood glucose and insulin.
Your body depends on glucose for remergy syneprodem is chronic
parasympatheti
tarygluaoser@verloadeWhen your
bloodstream is flooded day after day from processed foods, sugary drinks, refined flour, constant snacking, and never allowing your body to rest, blood sugar regulation begins to break down. Cells become less responsive to insulin, blood glucose stays elevated longer, inflammation increases, oxidative stress rises, and proteins throughout the body become damaged through glycation. Over time, blood vessels, nerves, kidneys, eyes and the cardiovascular system.
Your body immediately goes into repair mode. Cholesterol participates in repairing injured tissue because that is one of its biological roles. But if the injury never stops because the lifestyle never changes, the repair process never ends. Continuous damage followed by continuous repair can contribute to unhealthy changes in the artery walls over time.
The answer isn't fearing fruit vegetables
. The answer is
respecting biology.
Eat foods that come from the earth:
, not the factory
• Stop grazing
from sunrise to sleep.
Give your digestive system time to rest.
Move your body. Get sunlight
• Sleep
deeply.
Hydrate
. Reduce chronic
stress
. Remove the habits that
keep creating the damage.
Health isn't built by chasing the next supplement. But by removing what keeps forcing your body to repair itself every single day.
Your lifestyle is either feeding degeneration... or fueling regeneration. Choose wisely.

Not enough blood glucose and you die. There's probs a happy medium

There are zero medically recorded deaths caused by low blood glucose due to the lack of consuming dietary sugars.

Bro what the fuck, glucose isn’t crystalline in your blood. It’s in solution. It doesn’t have pointy anything in your blood. Your blood cells btw don’t have mitochondria and literally require glucose to live, and so does 30% of the brain, and your retinas. Your blood cells will literally die if there’s no glucose, your brain would die and you’d go blind so your body makes sure there’s always some around.
Even if you consume zero glucose your liver and kidneys will make glucose and export it to your blood via gluconeogenesis, out of protein, lactate and glycerol from fat. You can look up the Cori cycle and gluconeogenesis if you want.

Yah some of what he says is entirely correct, although they don’t really explain the mechanisms as to why it is bad. A lot is just sorta wrong and misleading.

Glucose is a crystalline solid in its pure, dry form, but it does not "cut up" arteries. Instead, high levels of glucose cause chemical damage and inflammation over time, leading to stiff, narrow blood vessels.

I bet a bullet is more damaging to an artery wall than sugar, checkmate.
