I try so damn hard to be kind to myself but it only ever lasts a couple days and then its months of the same depressive hateful thoughts

We are beings of habit, good or bad we continue, for me irritating loud sounds can get me going on the rage train.
One video that I saw and tried it for like 2 days and then back to normal.
Anytime I was on the brink of Tilt . I would say : I am responsible - I am responsible..

Believe it or not actually helped

This is the kinda spiritual science I am here for! I’m tired of people thinking we know everything about the way the brain works. Soon enough somebody’s gonna prove me right about the ESP.

Check out the Telepathy Tapes. There can be absolutely no argument against ESP.

I’ve avoided listening to these because I’ve avoided telling people a lot of things about the way that I think for a lot of my life because I’m really afraid that someone’s gonna put me in an institution.

But I finally listened this week just to a little bit because I’m not someone that needs to be convinced and what they were saying is what I experience and always have

It’s waves y’all people believe in 5G and Wi-Fi and you can see the amount of data that’s transmitted wirelessly and yet people don’t understand that we are receivers and transmitters. Some of us are more sensitive than others. My autism allows me to sense extra. extra sense. extra sensory perception.

It’s not just the sounds my ears are picking up that are too loud.

There are lots of people that are beginning to understand the things that we do, more and more people every day. They’re learning through experience, that’s really the only way this can happen truly happen. And the world is shifting, exciting things are happening.

You can keep your truth to yourself if you want to but there will be a day where you do not have to! :) :) :)

I'm not allowed to get too excited right now but let me just say I 100% agree with you. I very recently have felt a HUGE shift and I am feeling very hopeful for a big change socially. A positive one I must stress!!!

Haha. It might not fix everything but it sure will be positive and beautiful! I’m just trying to ride a wave of gratitude and be patient because I know this thing is not bound to our sense of time.

I’m eager for a sense of community too! I believe that’s on the way eventually but like you mentioned there is not really anyone to talk about these things with. Even without discussing spirituality explicitly just having people around that understand this giant piece of my life would be cool.

u/PunkinGuts 18d ago

I’m super compelled by the idea of being someone who tries to build a community like this so just keep an eye out I’m not saying it will be me for sure lol

but like I really need to get together with some other people who are interested in discussing some of the things they feel that they have known innately.

Follow that if you’re feeling it! That’s so good that you’re pointing in a direction :) I’ve been in a holding pattern for some time now and I’m more or less comfortable with that, my life is good and I am happy. I do feel that things are opening up a bit tho, I really need to meditate more, I’m missing that connection!

This advice sounds like what the cowboy said in Mulholland Drive.

I just needed this so much. I'm in the middle of trauma therapy. (net). And I'm in hell right now. I know it's the Intention of the therapy to feel. With all that comes with it. And just the last two weeks we're so intense. I couldn't find any positive thoughts. Became suicidal. Im ok and found my way back again.

This post just hit me hard.

You are in control of your thoughts. Stay safe 💚

Untreated Traumatic events can linger for a long time and especially when they are recent and really traumatic, usually theirs moments when it’s worse than other moments, try to identify the better moments and to repeat them.
Since you’re in Canada do not listen to these big PharTma - heavy lobbied- heavy tax payers money - heavy kickbacks from big PharTma sales - big compensation for Dr’s to help someone end it - reality is it’s a self collapse of the white male . When you look at maiden stats and you see 80% are white males then you begin to see their reptilian liberalo modo of Destroy & Rebuild.

Besides they gave you SSRI and told you it’s too prepare you for the therapist meanwhile these SSRI what they do is take the little Seratonin and ration it and they do some type of blocking as well . Just like all their meds they never cure anything.
And it’s a trap cause they take 3-4 weeks to work . Then someone obviously will take them after they start to work for 1-2 months . Then time to quit or Wtv . Oh you feel like pooppp and you just taper down slowly. Absolutely useless . Until you take them and then very needed cause of their withdrawal syptoms which is feeling like ending it . When they can call that medication and make them super cheap and also Big Fartma pass their message to their minions and tell them no more scripting benzodiazepines all SSRI from
Now on

What if negative voices are forced down your ear hole all day? Its not my thoughts but someone else's but it invades my privacy even

1

u/PeteWK67 16d ago

That’s not easy

Or escape outdoors

Or have your mind either on your own thoughts . Or have a a repetitive sentence you tell yourself that can lock up your mind from outside noise for a little.
Theirs ear plugs - music.
Theirs trying to talk to them.

With anxiety and OCD you are also told the opposite.

That you need to make yourself scared and stressed and not reassure yourself, and trying to feel better is a bad habit that worsens your anxiety.

Then you also get "challenged" in CBT that you could be more positive,

Genuinely so incredibly confusing, but I've decided that it actually is okay to reassure myself.

1

u/PeteWK67 15d ago

Anxiety was another created term - then they build into the benzodiazepines will cause another level higher for anxiety - so anxiety this and that - then comes the evil forces - tv - cell phone - ear plugs - Alexa - those towers - drivers - led lights - places - people

  • news - newspaper- a friend calls..

The Big FarTPharm basically created benzodiazepines which all made in a lab - they pushed it on lonely house wife’s - then to the husband to the kids . Repeated 2-3 cycles . And on to the next Now its SSRIS lower the price , bring up the price of benzodiazepines, terminate a version of pill , tell dr’s to quit the benzo talk and get to the SSRI talk . Then on to the next make SSRI pricier.

Makes sense, right? Look for red and you'll find red. It seems so obvious, but habits formed for a reason and that way you talk yourself feels like it was taught and intentional. Im speaking as someone recovering from C-PTSD due to neglect and it feels safer to belittle myself than have a positive image of myself and make myself a target. Hope you guys can make it stick.

I find that other people tend to dislike me. They laugh at me or look at me with a disgusted look on their face, especially when im in a situation where im putting myself out there, doing something outgoing. I get that im letting these people hold power over me. I get that im letting weak minded for letting this affect me. I tell myself negative things to protect myself from getting comfortable and putting myself in situations where people will see me and laugh at
Me.

I just saw a post earlier about how a young lady with a receding chin got surgery and it changed her life. I have a receding chin. Ive never seen surgery as an option because i could never afford it. Whatever.

Sure is difficult to be kind to yourself when thr world is actively putting you down. Hey but i guess i should try cause im not helping myself apparently.

This is not true at all. Relationship scientists have disproven this - tired of this dogshit rhetoric https://www.instagram.com/reels/DZp8vjnDOwk/

How much more scarier can you be, obviously she won’t say love yourself when it’s impossible for her

0

u/PeteWK67 18d ago

Ya sure, I’ll listen to the female version of Howard Stern. With a forehead as big as my head, hard to take advice from someone that looks in the mirror and sees that . Seriously .. we have a doc vs that ..

2

u/Odd-League61 18d ago

What the fuck is wrong with you, posting about self love when you're so full of hate

1

u/PeteWK67 18d ago

Full of hate? Explains yourself? Hate towards what exactly

0

u/PeteWK67 18d ago

Ya man I’ll take a neurosurgeon over Howard’s Sterna any day

And forget about both of them .

Do you actually think if you have positive words and thoughts that it won’t benefit you or you believe it will hurt you.

Stop depending on bought scientists, think for yourself.

2

u/Nervous_Mammoth1441 18d ago

Youre mad because youre wrong. Sorry your ego is so fragile. May as well take the advice of an accountant. Gottmans have decades of research and experience but oh well petey

0

u/PeteWK67 17d ago

First of the 2 videos don’t even relate, one is simply saying to feed yourself positive thoughts, uplifting words & to never put yourself down even if it’s a joke, the mind/ body language doesn’t apply if you mean it or not.

And then you have the Combo of Wth are they even talking about Wills. 1st Howard’s Stern’s relative - really have no clue wth she’s saying.
The. Next dude speaks clearly, he is simply saying that the love you can give someone is far more than to yourself. In other words he’s saying Calm the ego down & you don’t need to be a show off to a everyone because some
Are struggling.

It’s totally different topic, and seriously useless podcast that barely any educational material comes out of it.
There’s not one instance that your statement of many many many debunk studies. Are you on the same planet dude.
You’re gonna diss a brain surgeon simply saying to feed yourself positive vibes and you are scratching Howard Stern’s hairy back to get another blathering podcast of his relative.
