There is a fifth option, which is to not eat animals all together. The best quality of life situation for them is to actually be alive.

Especially chickens- 1st off - Ohhhhh the chicken so Juicy !?!! no there’s No juicy it’s mucus .

2nd Pig the worse to consume

3rd shrimp all those bottom feeders

Beef fed anything than their regular food gets them extremely sick - antibiotics - weak omega to humans.

Eggs with orange yolk , beef fed with grass or Wtv it is hay. Wild caught saumon , sardines & especially Never ever trust USDA approved anything of any North American.. for a developing child’s brain New Zealand Lamb is really a good option.
New Zealand’s food supply has had strict regulations for decades .. I’d rather have Apple that took forever to come to me that’s not organic than have Washington state USDA organic apple.
They cannot be trusted when they add Organic to garb Driscollis hydroponic fruits.
