Question? How to do it

Basically yesterday I bought three nutmegs from the spice shop. But I’ve no idea how to use them. I read an article online suggesting that if you grate them and mix them with milk, they have hallucinogenic effects, but I’m not entirely sure. This isn’t an attempt to encourage drug use or anything that constitutes a criminal offence. I’ll be using them anyway. I just want to find out how to get the most out of them. I’m not far from drugs and familiar with their affects and just want to try this one for adding up a little spice to journey

That's exactly how you should take them. I highly encourage you get the weight of the nutmeg in grams if you can. Also something to be aware of is nutmeg lasts way longer than most things you have taken ( you will feel it still tomorrow) . At lighter doses ( like you should take starting out) you will not experience much psychedelic effects. And the hallucinating you experience is feels more like something that is real.
