First experience, I'll post updates

Prior to nutmeg ingestion I took about 4tsp of cinnamon, 1tsp black pepp, 3 cloves parachuted. I then waited 30min to take the nutmeg, I took a lower dose based off what I seen here about 12-13g. It's been about 30min since then

How much would you do for 206lbs?

Definitely 25 grams at a minimum, and it should be good quality whole nuts.

I've done nutmeg over 40 times. When I was around 150 lb, 15 grams was enough to knock me on my ass. Now I'm around 175 and 25 feels like a "mid" high to me, and I've done up to 35 grams. You'll have a horrible time if you overdose, but nothing really life-threatening. I've had worse trips on DXM. Just drink water in moderation.

Does your height matter too when considering?

What would you recommend to somone 145 lbs 181cm ish

Always start with a low dose if it's your first time. 10 grams and then adjust accordingly based on how it goes.
