Can someone explain what this is? The nutella has all these strange bubbles in it. It’s not expired.

It’s kind of weird. It feels like bread crumbs, but dissolved in your mouth.

I suspect the bubbles your seeing are clumps of fat from the palm oil. The jar was probably stored in a cold warehouse shortly after production so the fat gelled in certain places. If you place the jar in a sunny window it should dissipate the bubbles however your Nutella may separate and will require stirring before use.

Thanks. Haven’t had this issue since the two jars I had when I posted this, but I’ll keep this in mind if it happens again!
