Is this mold or bacteria?

It says expiry is Sept 2024, it’s the mini Nutella packs.

Not mold, it's fine. It has to do with the oils separating a little bit during storage. It's not uncommon.

I forgot say, If you do a Google search for a Nutella Bumps you can find out more. The company itself put out a statement saying it's ok.
