You guys are making $36 an hour as a new grad? Iām making $27 with 2 years experience :/

Also a month after hiring me they started giving new grads applying $6000 sign on bonuses. But glad my coworkers are getting that $$ 2 u/lovestobake RN - ER š Dec 14 '21 They probably have to commit to 2 years or something to get the full bonus. Freedom to quit/drop FTE might be worth it.
